The Art Processors charging project — the mass iPod charging hardware Tekt developed, assembled and tested.

Have you ever been to MONA Museum in Tasmania?

Tekt Industries partnered with MONA Museum and Art Processors 5 years ago to create a unique system for location tracking with Beacons and a custom charging system for a fleet of over 1200 iPod devices.

I am happy to say that all of the original mass iPod charging hardware we developed, assembled, and tested is still in operation today, serving 100,000+ visitors to MONA Museum each year. With efficient power delivery systems, advanced USB hub architecture, and intelligent monitoring, this was a perfect fit for Art Processor's needs.

If you have visited MONA and used the tour guide system, you are using the hardware we helped to bring into existence. It was great working with the team at Art Processors. They continue to do amazing work redefining the user experience within cultural spaces worldwide.

We are now working with Art Processors to update the mass charging hardware to take advantage of the latest technological advances.

Looking to redefine your users' product experience? It's work checking out Tekt as we deliver.
