Junior Project Manager

The role

Keep multidisciplinary product-development programs on track — schedules, budgets, client communication and supplier coordination — inside an ISO 9001-certified delivery practice, with a senior PM as your mentor.

What you'll do

• Run project schedules, milestone tracking and status reporting across 2–3 concurrent client programs.
• Coordinate engineers, designers and the manufacturing floor to keep deliverables aligned with scope.
• Manage supplier quotes, purchase orders and incoming-material timing with the NPI team.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs and change records to our ISO 9001 quality procedures.
• Support client meetings: agendas, minutes, actions — and grow toward owning the relationship.

What we look for

• 1–3 years coordinating projects, ideally in engineering, manufacturing or another technical environment.
• Organised to a fault: schedules, dependencies and follow-through are your natural habitat.
• Confident, plain-spoken communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with project tooling (MS Project, Asana, Jira or similar) and spreadsheets.
• A qualification in engineering, project management or business is valued but not required.
